Where has more than 430 hectares of wetlands, woodlands and parks?

Home to the most diverse types of wetlands in the entire Sydney Basin?

And wants to celebrate World Wetlands Day 2017 with you?

The answer to all of the above is: us, Sydney Olympic Park!

World Wetlands Day is an annual, internationally celebrated day that encourages the community to raise awareness of the values and benefits of wetlands, whilst also promoting their conservation.

To celebrate, we’re inviting you to enjoy a rewarding morning within some of our 430 hectares, to help conserve the important habitat of our native wildlife.

When: Thursday 2 February 2017

Time: 9am to 12pm

Where: Bicentennial Park, Sydney Olympic Park

What: Litter collection with a complimentary lunch provided afterwards for your efforts
