There’s more on its way on Murray Rose Avenue

Sydney Olympic Park is an ever changing landscape as new developments or updates to existing infrastructure occur as part of the Master Plan 2030 that is rapidly shifting the identity of the Park, which now has 12,500 people working at over 150 different businesses.

Another space for business and providing employment is on its way…

3 Murray Rose Avenue (also known in our Master Plan as Site 60a)

Project: The GPT Group is constructing a five storey building comprising approximately 13,675m2 of gross floor area. There will be up to four levels of parking beneath the building.

Proposed use: The building is anticipated to accommodate commercial uses like business, office and retail space and expected to allow for approximately 1,300 employees.

Value of the project: $38 million
